Technical Issues

Hmmm.  I signed up to follow a free block of the month blog on  Canton Village Quilt Works.  (I LOVE free!)   One thing she asked is to "grab the button" to put on your own blog.  I have absolutely no idea how to do it.  When searching for an answer, I got sidetracked and looked at the blog design features..

At least I can post a couple of words!

Is this how you do it?

    Go to your layout
    Click on Add a Gadget (on right side or left)
    A window will open scroll down - click HTML/Javascript
    Paste the code in the big box - you don't have to add a title but it might be easier at first. Call it Blogger's Block of the Month
    Click Save - the window will close
    Now click save arrangement in your layout.
    You now have a "gadget"
    View your blog
    Good luck!
